This reminds me of the video some years ago, about a famous wildlife park in Africa that was having difficulties. They had no older bulls - poachers had cleaned them all out. The teenagers were the top bulls therefore, but had not learned the do's and don'ts. They were going wild. Attacking rhinos and anything else that happened to be around when they had their first must. This went on for a few years and just was getting worse. Finally the park and consultants put their heads together and came up with a plan: They captured and relocated 10 mature bulls from elsewhere that had plenty of them. They were released into the famous park, and fairly soon, the teenagers were all put back into their proper place of being students and the big bulls ruled the park. Of course, this story comes to mind, looking at the baby boi who thought himself a bull already...
